Bugfix create header block

Pavel Kalouguine a demandé de fusionner bugfix_create_header_block vers main

The data concerning VDI and VET is extracted from the XML dump and used to draw the header block of the diagram. The block is attached to the topmost lists of the VET. This fixes #5 (closed).
