Items and links are locked, lists made non-resizable and do not accept drop-ins.

This mostly fixes the problem of unintentional modification of diagrams. It is still possible to add new links accidentally by clicking on a hotspot (a light green circle on the block boundary visible when the mouse hovers over), this point may require a further investigation.
